Benavides Tile was founded by Ray Benavides, a well respected licensed tile contractor. Since 1991, Ray has been specializing in residential and commercial tile installation. His notable skills  in installation and design have earned him a reputation as one of Fresno's premiere tile and stone installation company.

Born and raised in Fresno, Ray has always believed in providing the best product for his customers. Ray graduated from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.

Ray began his career working for his father-in-law's tile business who passed down all his knowledge of the trade. Ray has attended many product seminars and training courses to ensure that he is educated on new products  and methods of installation.  While working for his father-in-law word of his expertise was spreading. In 2004 Ray was approached by a local building company and asked if he would be interested in becoming thier installer. Once Ray's talents were unveiled, he quickly rose to prominence as a much sought after tile and stone installer.

Ray's passion for tile and design is reflected in the beautiful surroundings that he creates. An ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, desiners, and his clients have earned Ray a well deserved reputation as a true professional.
